The Field Officer will play a critical day-to-day role in delivering our cash transfer product to donors and recipients. The Field Officer will carry out and support a variety of activities, depending on his / her team assignment. 

The Country Director provides strategic leadership and develops action plans that further our mission in Tanzania. They have overall responsibility for ensuring technical and operational excellence in the delivery of all activities to achieve the objectives established in grants and strategic plans. This position is based in Dar-es-Salaam with regular travel to project sites.
